• Google Account Data (OAuth 2.0): When you choose "Sign in with Google", we receive your basic profile information (Full Name, verified Email Address, and Avatar image URL) through Google Identity Services. We do not access contacts, emails, or Google Drive files.
• Account Details: Phone number (for OTP verification), display name, and optional role settings (Seeker, Helper, Seller, Driver).
• Transaction & Service Logs: Milestone task descriptions, messages sent within the in-app chat, escrow confirmations, and ratings.
• Technical Security Telemetry: IP address, device type, browser metadata, and audit timestamps to protect against fraudulent activities and unauthorized account takeovers.

3. Purpose of Processing & Use of Google User Data

We process your personal information exclusively for the following purposes:

• To authenticate and log you securely into Human Helper.Ai.
• To link your service bookings, messaging threads, and orders to your verified identity.
• To send critical transactional notifications (such as password reset OTPs and order status changes).

• No Model Training: Google user data is NEVER used to train generalized AI or machine learning models.

5. Data Storage, Retention & Security

6. How to Request Account Deletion or Revoke Google Permissions

• Email Deletion Request: Send an email to humanhelperai@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" from your registered email address. We will permanently erase your profile and records within 72 hours.
• Revoke Google Access: You can revoke Human Helper.Ai's access to your Google Account at any time via Google Account Permissions Manager.
